Part-Time Member Service Representative FAHC/UHC Opportunity exists for a part-time member service representative to create a strong member relationship by performing member services in a friendly and accurate manner. Specific duties include:
· Assist members with opening new products and services
· Assist members with problems and provide final resolution · Present products and services to members to ensure that sales goals are met
· Maintain complete product and services knowledge
The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in all areas of member service, demonstrate flexibility in different roles to meet the needs of the Branch, have effective communication and problem solving skills, be committed to first time accuracy, and show personal initiative to acquire knowledge necessary for success. Qualified candidates must project a friendly and personable demeanor, have effective communication skills, be detailed and knowledgeable with computers and be accurate. Cash handling and customer service experience required. Part-time hours: Monday 10:15-5:15 pm, Tuesday 9:15-5:15 and Friday 10:15-6:15pm (21.5 hours)
Saturday/Summer Teller New England Federal Credit Union is looking for people who are enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, and reliable to provide exceptional customer service handling teller transactions at our branch locations. During the school year you will work at our Harvest Lane Branch on Saturdays and during the summer you could be at any of our 6 branch locations in Chittenden County.
