The Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for assisting the Consumer Lending Team with all aspects of loan processing, including funding, closing and while adhering to all credit union policies and procedures. Support branch consumer loan origination by processing and preparing closing documents for all consumer loan products as needed. Post close/audit all required closed loans for accuracy. Provide exceptional service to both members and Credit Union employees. Look for process improvement and efficiencies in day-to-day working. Manage Team mailbox, prepare and send loan documents, document review, monitor work queues upload documents to loan files, set up new accounts, post loan payments and process subsequent action and skip a pay request. This job and role require accuracy and efficiency due to volumes. Will also include back up for Indirect and Green lending, and assist with reporting, rates, product specifications and procedures.
